You can utilize two end pieces with a 3/4 inch schedule 40 PVC pipe that costs one dollar, which you can obtain from a hardware store. I secured mine using two one-dollar Harbor Freight "C" clamps, though they could also be screwed on. This setup offers a clean and smooth unobstructed path for the filament.
