Have you ever had the experience, that after printing avery long printjob (>24h) it only fails, because the filament does not unroll properly from the spool, wraps around the shaft of tyhe spool and blocks unrolling the filament? I had this several times and it was annoying and, if it happens more often, even got expensive. So i thought about it and designed this little helper. It is simply mounted when attaching the filament spool to the printer/support or however you mount it. I also added an angle at the top of the guide, so, if you have a bowden setup, you got less complications. You may drill a larger hole for a larger fitting. I tested it with a larger PC4 one that was drilled with a drill bit, so the bowden fits all the way throug it to get as close to the spool as possible. This works best if you also add a hub to the spool to let it unroll more smoothly. This works for me and my Tronxy X5S setup very well..
