The button is attached to the 3D print with 0.5 mm steel wire. The 3d print is screwed on with 3mm screws. For the Z-axis is just Double-sided tape used. I attached it together with the CNC 3018 Dremel Mount. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3938914
