Simple customizable bike phone mount

The Netherlands recently introduced a full phone-in-hand prohibition on the bike, so I decided to print a mount. I couldn't find a simple customizeble no-nonsense one that prints without support, so I sat down and coded one up in OpenSCAD. The mount comes in two parts, which should be rendered separately in OpenSCAD. Then, they can be rotated so that they will print without support. The .stl example is for a 66 x 136 x 8 mm phone (my Alcatel OneTouch Idol3) on a 23mm handlebar, leaving a 60 degree opening to slide the mount on the handlebar.
