Small power saving 12V LED light, which can be equipped with up to 8(two strips/side) LED Light Strip strips (4 recommended as only passively cooled by the aluminium). There are ventilation openings on the top/bottom side. I developed the lamp for this project ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3524121)! The lamp on the pictures has 24 LED's and ~1,8W@12,5V. A maximum of 3.6W would also be possible with the same size (which will be at the expense of the life expectancy). Due to the short cable lengths the connection on the last centimeters with 0.14mm² is possible. For the supply line I recommend min. 0.75mm² to keep the voltage drop low. The length can be extended by the aluminum profile (15mm x 15mm) at will (pay attention to temperatures). Durch die kurzen Kabellängen ist die Verbindung auf den letzen Zentimetern mit 0,14mm² möglich. Für die Zuleitung empfehle ich min. 0,75mm² um den Spannungsabfall gering zu halten. Die Länge kann durch das Aluminium Profil (15mm x 15mm) beliebig erweitert werden (auf Temperaturen achten). Womit 240 LED's und somit theoretisch ~18W (12V/1,5A) möglich sind. Natürlich könnt ihr auch LED Light Strips mit 120 LED's/m nehmen, und so die Leistung drastisch erhöhen(x2 / auf Temperaturen achten!!!). Die Lampe wird aktiv gekühlt sein, und hat: * nur 5cm Durchmesser * einen 100W Stepup Converter * zwei 18650 3450ma * eine integriertes 2S Charger Board * ein 2S Protection Board * und eine Leistung von 25W plus * komplett portabel * extrem günstig Die Lampe ist eigentlich schon komplett fertig, aber ich warte leider noch auf die Bauteile für die Ladeeinheit (in China bestellt).
