This is a remix of my first design. Having the legs print as one solid piece was really cumbersome and limited the bed space I could use. So I split the legs from the stand base and designed a dovetail joint which press fits firmly into each other. This design allows you to fill up a printer bed a lot more efficiently. Additionally I redesigned the cutout for the cross member strut to be an easier geometry to print, use less material and which can be printed in any orientation with bridging. The tolerances are quite tight - having provided 0.1mm gaps around the dovetails but your mileage may vary. If you don't have your first layer settings dialed in just right you will have issues fitting these parts together. I suggest using a file or hobby knife to clean up the "elephants foot" of your first layer if you have this issue.Only need to clean up around the dovetail "male" parts, the cutouts should be fine if you press the parts together from the top to bottom. The press fit can be quite tight, use a rubber mallet or some other form of persuasion get them to press into each other. I'm only providing the one size for now - 130mm wide and about 82mm high. If there's interest I can modify the design and provide the taller or wider parts.
