SIMPLE PROPELLERS

SIMPLE PROPELLERS

thingiverse

These are 2 simple propeller designs that do print ok. Print them at 'normal' or 'fine' rates, use support. Print with the cone pointing upwards. Print with as many surface layers as your printer supports, then drill out the hole to match the shaft diameter of your motor. The photo shows a simple hovercraft we made using the 'broad blade' version of the 2 propellers, a simple 'Y' frame we printed to suit the motor and a disposable plastic dinner plate. It was just to test the fans (the broad blade seems most efficient).
