Simple Scalpel Blade Cover

Simple blade cover for scalpels like No. 3. Customizable for other tool handles. Print Settings Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 5 Rafts: Yes Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.27mm Notes: Printed upright with the opening facing the bed. Post-Printing Fitting your handle 3D prints don't always come out accurate, or you might have measured your tool handle wrong, or you have more than one but different tool handles, or… something else caused the opening to be too tight. To fit it, simply heat your tool handle with a lighter or torch, then press the blade cover on. Let it cool down, and it should fit snugly and not get loose by itself. Optionally, you cut print this thing with a thin wall, only using 2 or 3 shells of filament (calculate 2 or 3 times your nozzle size), so it can flex when you put it on the blade. Marking it I have multiple tool holders with different blades, which I use for different purposes. Since I cannot see which blade I'm grabbing when the cover is still on, I traced the blade outlines on the sides of the cover with a non-erasable pen.
