I wanted a simple squeegee to clean windows, and since I had some TPU laying around, I decided to design one! Enjoy! Print Settings Printer Brand: Wanhao Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .2mm Infill: 20%-30% Notes: Printed on a Maker Select v2.1 The handle can be printed with whatever material you want (I Used PLA), this part needs supports to keep a smooth line on the section that grips the blade. (I used 30%-grid style) The blade is printed with TPU, this can be printed with no supports. Layer Height: .2 mm 2 walls Infill 25% Both PLA and TPU were printed @ 210C with full fan on after 4th layer. Post-Printing Supports If you have a flat blade, press down on both sides of the supports, after pressing down on each side, the supports should come out nice and clean. The blade might need a little bit of a pull to go all the way in the handle, I designed it to where it has a snug fit, but not impossible to insert or remove the blade. How I Designed This I used blender I used blender to design both items.
