I needed a wall-mounted hanger for a new daisho set that I bought, so i designed this. I thought most of the existing models seemed overly complicated or over-built. These are quick to print (about one hour and 40 minutes each), and are built to hold swords with up to about a 3" tsuba (which is pretty standard). Cost to print is about 42 cents each.

This should hold two swords with saya dimensions of up to 28 x 45mm. Mounts to the wall with 1 plain old deck screw. You will need two of these brackets. I installed mine about 14 inches apart. If you need to, use a wall anchor - don't install these directly into drywall without using wall anchors!

You will probably want to add a little strip of soft material to prevent chafing of the finish on the saya.

I printed them at 15% infill, no supports at .24mm layer height in Matte Black PLA.

Designed in Fusion360, which once you get used to it, is pretty handy!:)
