This is a basic hook that can support just about anything, untested for heavy use. I secured them to the wall with six sturdy 6x1 1/4" screws. They're strong enough to hold an Oculus Rift headset or controllers in place. While it's likely they could handle up to five pounds of weight, this has yet to be confirmed.
