I live in California, where our "public" utility is actually private, where more has been spent on dividends in the last 50 years than on infrastructure maintenance. With public safety power outages now a reality, it's time to get flashlights and other necessities mounted on the wall in easy-to-reach locations. This holder was designed for Mag-Lite D-cells, but will work for any object with a < 40mm waist and a head between 40mm & 60mm
