Simple wiring clip for 1515 extrusions -- with or without spiral vase

thingiverse

This is a simple "clip" that surrounds 1515 extrusion (Misumi, OpenBeam 1515, etc) and keeps wires inside channels. Two variants are uploaded; a small one with a hole and a "taller" one without. The one without hole can readily be scaled to any convenient size. The hole is not necessary at all to retain the profile, but is there for flexibility. There is a small nub that fits into the slot to retain it on one side-- this can be chosen to be a convenient side depending on whatever constraints you're dealing with. Current Slic3r has no problem automatically using non-vase mode for areas with more than one perimeter. I've printed the small one in both vase and non-vase mode, but probably you want the taller one if you're going to print in vase mode. I like the one with the hole printed solid best.
