A z-probe mount made for a hot end like the e3d. Cut in 5mm acrylic or aluminium, and uses a 9g servo to lower and raise the switch. There are no problems with this being in acrylic, because the fan keeps the body cool enough (upto 40-45 degrees). Instructions Designed in Openscad. My hot end uses a 40 mm fan mounted on a 40mm hot end, that resembles the e3d. Uploaded for everyone to borrow inspiration from. having a z-probe for any 3d printer is a boon, especially for deltas, because it eliminates the need to callibrate the flatness, because its now handled automatically.
