SimRig Wind Simulator / Roof Ventilation System

SimRig Wind Simulator / Roof Ventilation System

It got terribly hot under my simrig roof. So I decided to design a ventilation system with simhub support. The fans are pulling cold air from the outside and blow it into my rig (the air blows on my chest and shoulders). The fans are connected to SimHub which means the speed of the fans react to the speed of the car. There are different fan grills to put on the exhaust. I use the 0 degree on the right and the 10 degree on the left fan. You can adjust the angle of the exhaust if the screws aren't tight (about 22 degrees +/-). Things you need: - ArduinoUno 3 - PowerSupply 12V (I've got 3A) - Two 120mm PC fans - A 4-pin cable to connect the fans to the arduino - Some screw terminals - 4 M4 screws 33mm - 8 M4 screws 36mm - 8 M4 screw nuts - 8 M4 wood- or metalscrews - Some electric wire that fits in the connectors of the fans (the yellow one in the picture) - SimHub Software Things to print: - Arduino Case (remix): https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6121070 - 2 Fan intake grills (remix): https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6121076 - Screw terminal box (part of this thing) - 2 Fan exhausts (part of this thing) - 2 Fan grills (part of this thing)
