Machinist's Sin Bar: This part functions very well for its intended use. Use a 0.1 mm layer, 40% infill, and stiff material. Description: Tool to aid in measuring and setting angles, usually in a machine shop. Size is 100 mm between tangent points (center of each round). How to use (refer to picture): Place one round end on the base plate, and a gage block (or object of know height) is placed under the other round end. The angle made between the base plate and the flat back side of the sin bar is equal to arcsin=GageHeight/100mm. Example: Gage block height = 50 mm Gage block height/100mm = .5 arcsin (.5) = 30° Caution Take note of any elephant foot near the bottom of the printed piece. It will need to be removed to avoid inconsistencies.
