## SINCLAIR C5 Hi-Viz Because of my experience being basically invisible in traffic while driving my C5, i would like every C5 owner to be safe while driving. Therefore i have decided to give away my Hi-Viz recreation for free. **Please note:** You are not allowed to sell 3d prints of these, only give 'em away for free. **and another thing:** You are not allowed to remix or otherwise make derivatives of this 3d model. Alright, with that out of the way. Some additional info and instructions. It is made for a metric aluminium pipe with an inner diameter of 5.8 mm (with an additional .2 mm margin typical for 3d prints) and an outer diameter of 8 mm. To make it extra sturdy, you could put some heat shrink tubing over the joint between the pipe and 3d print, but be careful with heat, it being 3d printed and all. Otherwise just use some hotglue, epoxy or CA glue or just keep it a friction fit. Do heat shrink the bottom of the tube, preferably with some hot glue in between (and sand the tube a bit) to make it fit in the mounting holes on the C5. To have a more authentic look. you could heat shrink the whole pipe, or use plasti-dip spraypaint. This will give you that rubberized look and feel that the original poles had. Print 2 and glue both halves together. CA glue works fine for that, just watch your fingers, otherwise you might glue yourself to it as well (ask me how I know :D ) The one change I made is to replace the words "Front" and "Back" with Sinclair. For some flair you could even paint that with red paint for example, to make it stand out a little bit. I have included a PDF template with the shape of the reflectors, just print it out, stick it on your reflective tape (get some reflective tape) and cut it out with scissors.
