Singing Face (50 pixels) Custom

This design is for a 50 pixel singing face. It includes cutouts to attach the design to larger frames with zip ties. The frames can be trees, light bulbs or any other even within plywood/cordo cutouts for holiday decorations. This design completely redrawn in Sketchup to includes nubs within the pixel holes to prevent the pixels from falling out and the mouth was designed to allow several expressions including 4 different smiles, 2 different "O" faces and various other mouth shapes to form words using the included XLights face models. A wiring diagram is included to match the XLights model (also included with the files.) Finally, notches were cut out of the body to allow zip ties to be attached to the face. Using the zip ties and notches allow the face to be attached to larger printed bodies, pvc, plywood cutouts, trees, shrubs, houses or any other object without having to create a special printed mount.
