just print out, and stack up to 9 per cluster box, glue to hold together. the 9 box one is keyed to fit together for easier alignment. i use it to hold 63 single board computers. i have included a setup image showing these 9box setups holding a cluster that shows how it would work. here are files for creating a 3 box, and a stackable 9 at a time box that can house single board computers. the boards hang out the back enough to fit usb or barrel power jacks, and the front has access to two of the usb ports and the ethernet. i also show an image of how i stacked and glued 7 of the 9 box modules together and used 1foot ethernet cables to connect using a 48 port 1gb hub and a 24port hub. the boxes arrangement is flexible for me i have it tapped in place above the router switch hubs and boxed in with 6 full size usb fans too cool them. glue them together if using more than 1 9 box cluster module. be sure to do this away form computer parts and electronics as super glue outgassing can dirty connectors. also consider a power supply that can group power machine with 5v 3 amps each. a single power supply setup runs efficiently. draw per machine is about 1w idle, and up to 15w per machine under heavy computation. c++ is recommended over python if using so many machines for efficiency and concurrent and parallel operations, however python does offer mpi support for multiple thread tasks but is limited to 1 core, you can bypass this by having tasks executed from command line in parallel, but c++ is best to utilize all cores. also if more than 64 cores used you will need to use mpi with routed_radix as there is a bug that prevents more than 64 cores otherwise. ok this is just about the cluster not the board setup. put the boards in at an angle. glue them in place by putting sticky tape over middle usb ports and sliding board in with ethernet adapter side up. the diagonal placement allows for easier cable management in back for power and the power cable helps keep machine diagonal and the sticky tape connects to the support bar up front when single board computer slides in. i would recommend larger heat sinks on each board and blocking air to flow thru the board square holes where the single board computers are.
