Single Board Test Fixture

This is a 3 point, single board PCA test fixture I designed and fabricated for programming FPGA, CPLD, and MSP430 binaries at once --- into the board. A 20-30 min job now takes less than 15 after factoring out alot of the human factors associated in programming & testing without a fixture. The design makes use of layering (3x 3/8") & (3x 1/4") flat pieces of plexiglass ontop of each other. The 2D DXF files were cut using a CO2 laser cutter to form the shapes for each layer. I chose this method of fabrication to save money. Milling blocks of abs is expensive and produces a lot of waste (unusable bi-products). Note: The dimensions have been changed for redacting any proprietary information. Do not use for production. This is only for showcasing and reference.
