# Printable guitar pickup **This is a printable single coil guitar pickup.** After printing both parts, you will need to wind the copper wire - The more turns, more output it will have. **I don't recomend wind by hand, as you will need some thousands of turns. ** You can use the holes to fix it to a DIY rotating machine with a turn counter like I show in the pictures. The project is not included because I've lost the files, but it is just 2 pulleys to reduce the rotation speed and a reed switch connected to the = button of a calculator and closes the contact when pass by the magnet fixed in the rotating plate. Bill of Materials (considering you already have some tool to wind the wire) * 4 screws * 50g / 0.1 Pound of coated copper wire : 22AWG * some insulation tape * guitar cable. * 6 5mm diameter neodimium magnets **Make sure to align all the magnets with the same pole facing the strings.** Doesn't matter the orientation as long it is all pointing the same direction.
