Single Cylinder Engine (Optimized Kit)

This is a super cool little mini-engine model, kudos to the person who originally designed it, and the two people who added some key improvements to it! Please note I am contributing nothing here other than making it clear and easy for the next people stumbling on this to print a great solution, organized in one place. I wasted an iteration and some time figuring out what to do and how to make this work, so I want to share this here. All the pieces are separated if you need to reprint something. It uses the larger optimized "Better fit piston head" and the "Crank and axis stop..." which add a hand-crank option, and the really important "axis stop" to hold everything in place without any glue. I also provide them on one plate STL for easy scaling and printing, at 75% scale it works great and takes just 2 hours on my Prusa i3 MK3 at the default Slic3r settings for "0.2mm Quality MK3", changing only <infill><Solid infill threshold area> to 12mm2 (this ensures the tiny axle pieces are solid even at my 15% fill). These parts are SO cool, they pop right off the printer and look perfect, fitting or snapping together tightly and without any drilling or anything (ok, a little shaving off the end of what will be hidden tight contacts between posts and holes helps fit it together). Finally is included a .gcode file for what I printed, 75% scale on PLA for the Prusa i3 MK3--fellow owners can just try it as is, and it's useful as ALL the settings are in the file as comments by Slic3r at the top or bottom Now I'm craving a multicylinder version of this with a real camshaft, if anybody mechanically minded out there cares to remix this further. EDIT: Upon re-printing I discovered a ball of string where the Axis-Stop was supposed to be...if you want to play it safe you might add a 2nd copy to the plate for insurance, it's tiny and won't add much time.
