This is a remix of timbo's ID Card and RSA Token Holder. I changed the width to hold a single ID card for work. It took me several tries to print with acceptable results... probably because I fileted all of the edges to make it smooth. The final winning combination was to print wtih an 8-line brim, vertically, with supports.
