Single Start Z Nut Mount (V1.1)

I ordered this stepper http://www.banggood.com/JKM-42mm-Hybrid-Two-Phase-Stepper-Motor-40mm-Length-For-CNC-Router-p-1011710.html. The lead screw is 8mm single start which means the thread pitch is only 2mm instead of the 4mm (2 start) with the motor specified by Tech2C or the more common 8mm (4 start). Unfortunately the Z_nut_mount_v1.1.stl wasn't suitable as the lead screw nut only has 3 mounting holes. On the plus side the nut mounting holes are threaded (M3), this means that you can just put the nut on top of the mount and use M3x10mm screws through the mount to secure it in place. Note I had remixed the V1.1 Z-nut-mount before I actually recieved the motor. When the motor arrived I found I couldn't fit the z-nut to the mount, as there isn't enough room between the mounting holes and the centre shaft of the nut for either screws or nuts. As the Z-nut mounting holes are threaded for M3 I came up with this remix.
