This is sinus rinsing nasal irrigator adapter for standard pet bottle (PCO 1881 cap). Sinus rinsing, using salt and water, can be beneficial for those with allergies and sinus and nasal diseases. Sinus rinsing is officially recommended by Russian ministry of healthcare as preventive measure against coronavirus (COVID-19). There are two versions of STL files: with supports and without supports. I recommend to print version "Sinus Rinse NO supports". Make 10 mm hole in standard bottle cap.I decided to use fabric cap because all printed versions were leaking air. Use isolation from standard internet cable as hose. You can use "hot glue" to ensure tightness, but it works well without glue. I use NaCl (salt) one teaspoon per 300..500 milliliter (0,3..0.5 liter) of warm water. Special "premixed packets" are not required, do not squander money.
