Sinusoidal Reciprocator
grabcad
This project is a Dynamic Simulation created in Autodesk Inventor 2014, featuring a spherical shaft rotating at 20 revolutions per minute (120 degrees per second). The rotation causes the "T Lever" to oscillate due to contact with two rollers and a sloped plane. A unique 3D mechanism allows the T lever to oscillate within its plane while revolving on a joint. To view the functionality of the vertical arm, it is connected to a real plane linkage. To use Inventor for this simulation, download all files into a single directory and open the .iam file with Inventor 2014 or later versions. Access Environments/Dynamic Simulation, then click Play. For reduced waiting time, you can apply 1000 images instead of the original 5000. Experience the simulation and enjoy!
With this file you will be able to print Sinusoidal Reciprocator with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Sinusoidal Reciprocator.
