SIO2SD v1.0 Bottom
thingiverse
This Tinkercad-made model can be edited online at https://tinkercad.com/things/giLVaThF7DI. For optimal strength, use PLA plastic but watch out for potential warping in lower layers. The case is held together with tight tolerances and friction, requiring precision when placing the SIO2PC PCB inside. Customizations may be needed if your PCB differs from the design. Buttons were printed off-center to avoid support issues; however, they may still wiggle slightly. Further improvement on buttons or a guide in the case top could enhance alignment. Enable printer supports for main case printing and remove supports for the case top. The LCD slope requires optimization, while care should be taken when closing the case to avoid pinching the SIO cable.
