I was after a zero clearance insert for my bandsaw so made this one from the customiser. This fits a 12" SIP No1486 bandsaw. Its a nice tight fit (I used a rubber mallet to tap it in) and once in place you might need to turn the bandsaw wheel a little just so that you add a little more clearance.
