I grabbed a Cartoon Girl by Shados, posed her and did some basic solidifying. Still has a bit of internal and non-manifold geometry, but worked anyways. I didn't polygonize the hair, so feel free to give her a little wig. Cartoon Girl is http://www.blendswap.com/blends/view/66293 by Shadosk, and all attributions go to him/her. Instructions Printed with 3 shells, 0 infill, 0 support. Her beard is just there to keep her chin up and can be removed afterwards with a dremel or knife.
