Six Shooter Bit Holder

Six Shooter Bit Holder

Takes 6 x ¼-inch bits and will fit over any 10mm outer diameter bit extender, or can be used stand-alone to store your bits, or even stacked in multiple layers on a 10mm dowel stand. For quick use, can even be left on the screwdriver when using it.

You can even print 2 holders and store 12 bits interlocked (facing each other) on one screwdriver for a compact set with lots of options.

Print is scaled correctly on my calibrated Ender-3 V2, and the hex holders are slightly undersized to give a tight fit so the bits won't drop out, but you can still push them out with your finger or the end of another bit. Keeping the outer edge open gives a bit of spring and you can position the bits' stamped numbers if you want. Inner hole is 10.5mm with 3 inner friction ridges to help keep it on the bit extender.

I've only printed in PETG, but no reason it won't work in PLA or ABS. I printed at 0.16mm and takes under an hour to print. A couple of tiny bridges (the individual bit holder stops), but no need for support or rafts.

This print is inspired by the (small) Screwdriver handle for hex bit by MartinBLACK, thank you.
