I designed and machined on a 3axis milling center this pen holder with the spirit of a real six shooter part.Machining details:- Job1 On the conventional Lathe to reach the Ø68mm and the length 80mm.- Job2 On the 3axis milling center into a vertical chuck. The upper face (Contouring, Drilling, Chamfer)- Job3 On the 3axis milling center into a vertical chuck. The lower face (Engraving "GB", Chamfer)- Job4 On the 3axis milling center. Into an horizontal chuck (Milling the 6 pockets on the side Ø8)Material: Aluminium EN AW2017 and black anodise finishing.
