I designed and machined on a 5axis milling center this pen holder with the spirit of a real six shooter part. More realistic than my previous Pen holder machined only on a 3 Axis Milling Center. Machining details:- Job1 On the conventional Lathe to reach the Ø68mm and the length 80mm.- Job2 On the 5axis milling center into a vertical chuck. The upper face (Milling the grooves on the side, Drilling, Chamfer and half pockets on the side)- Job3 On a 3axis milling center into a vertical chuck. The lower face (Engraving "GB", Chamfer)Material: Aluminium EN AW2017 and black anodise finishing.
