Steps: Place the thing labled "capsule filler long thinner portion" in the base and fill with the long thinner portion of the capsule. I have made it the exact height of my capsules. PLace the capsule caps in the capsule cap file. pour substance on top and using the scraper, scape substance which will fall into each capsule. use the compactor to compress substance into capsule. Repeat steps until desired amount remove the container holding the capsules and place the compactor pointy ends up in base. Place capsule container back in base, the capsules will be pushed up slightly. Turn capsule cap thing with all caps in it upside down and push onto capsules. I had mixed results with this step. AAAAnd you're done
