Skadis hooks for Biltema pegboard

These are remixes of the skadis hooks by [CSD_Salzburg](https://www.thingiverse.com/CSD_Salzburg) to make many of the holders fit the Biltema pegboard. Note, however, that holes in the Skadis pegboard are spaced 20 mm apart and the holes in the Biltema pegboard are spaced 12 mm apart. Therefore, tool holders from the Skadis series which require more than one hook will not fit "out of the box". I also adapted a [solder wire holder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4391574) to use these hooks
