skate tool holder - meepo

skate tool holder designed for tool that comes with meepo but it should fit others too. I'm not sure this design will be suitable for PLA or other stiff/brittle materials as the clips need to flex quite a bit, I imagine PLA will just snap but you're more than welcome to try. if you do want to give PLA a go I'd recommend printing a set of spare clips first and trying to clip them on to the tool to save wasting plastic and time if it fails. If you are planning to under-board mount this (like I have) you do so at your own risk. if the tool does come free and goes into the back wheels it could cause a serious accident. I have used 3m vehicle trim mounting tape to secure to the board and I have included a loop for a velcro safety strap to double ensure it's security. original design was one piece but this resulted in the spring clips being created with horizontal layers which severely effects their strength and service life (they just snap after a while). So I split them to be printed with vertical layers. The clips are different heights! please ensure the larger clip with a squared off base goes at the top and the smaller one without goes at the bottom. simply glue or acetone weld them in place and you're good to go. If you manage to break/snap a clip I have included the .stl for just the clips so you don't have to print a whole new holder.
