Skateboard Battery and VESC Case

I weighed over 350lbs but I liked riding my electric skateboard. The problem is that I was forced down a middle road because of my weight, either I had a manual skateboard that could support my weight or I could dump $2k on an electric skateboard. I would not have started down this road if JKing was a reliable company because Amazon had to buy me a $400 battery only I selected a 12s2p and not a 10s2p cus I didn't know any better. This led me to purchase the appropriate electronics so I got a Go-Foc DV6 ($300) and an MBoard anti-spark. Since I had the electrical components, I got myself a custom-designed board off of Etsy that would support 500lbs (just to be safe)($250). The board I got from JKing was $800, this custom board is currently at $950 without the cost of the wheels. So since I wanted everything quality, I made a very thick and sturdy case for the battery and VESC in Fusion360. I made the overhangs without holes as my board came with pre-drilled holes that were 1-2mm off in position, thus I plan to drill my own holes. There are holes on the frame so that the parts can be printed on a 255mm platform and then connected. It took roughly 600g of material. It's extremely thick and sturdy. Now, on a board there's flex, so if I made this part so inflexible, how do I plan to deal with flex? A rubber mat (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BKFY8KQL?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1). I plan to add it to the top of the overhang and cut off the excess. This provides rubber insulation from the top and adds a little flexibility into the system. I can use the leftover rubber to provide the same insulation in the connecting points of the frame. This causes the entire part to be insulated from water. The holes I plan to drill will be covered in Flex Seal Liquid Rubber (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B019PFO4MA?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1) and the ones with wires will have addition heat shrink wrap. Finally, we have heat. I'm not sure about that one, I might reprint the last connector and upload a modified version here with like an air vent that can be opened and closed. However, JKing gets away with no air circulation so I'm fairly certain mine should be fine.
