This skateboard riser was based on the design by @wafflejock. I remixed it to reinforce/thicken a few of it’s internal supports, and also moved the switch and charge holes a bit to fit my parts. I also made a version of the diffuser with perfect slots for my three <a href=“https://www.aliexpress.com/item/100pcs-Ultra-Bright-White-0-5W-50-55LM-6000-6500K-SMT-LED-SMD-5730-5630-LED/32339491205.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.15414c4dJfIFea”>5730 SMD LED</a>s. I printed the main riser piece in ABS with 100% infill, and a brim just to ensure the ABS stays put on the plate. The diffuser was printed in clear PLA with 20% infill. And the <a href=“https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3-7V-400mAh-502535-Lithium-Polymer-Li-Po-li-ion-Rechargeable-Battery-cells-For-Mp3-MP4/32869748945.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4dXbTnCI”>502535 3.7V battery</a>. Finally, this is the <a href=“https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Free-Shipping-10pcs-lot-TP4056-1A-charging-board-charger-module-lithium-battery-DIY-Mini-USB-Port/1687423359.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4dzLcvLz”>mini USB charger board</a> I used. Note: I replaced one resistor on the charger board with a 4.7K resistor to slow the rate of charge on the battery. This allows me to use a 1- or 2-amp charger without overheating the battery. If you don't replace the resistor you should charge this with a 150-300mA charger only. I've included the Fusion 360 files in case you want to tweak things.
