Skele7on "Toothpick" frame for 16x16 micro stack

thingiverse

Here is my Skele7on frame designed specifically for 16x16 stacks and an AIO camera and 110X motors. Other 16x16 stacks should work well too. On 3S this thing SCREAMS. https://youtu.be/TFBXArEQAiI This build: iFlight Succex 16x16 ESC+FC 1103 8000kv motors Mobula 7 camera Frsky XM+ RX Pyrodrone 65mm props Its really optimized for the frame and bottom cover to be printed in PC. If anyone would like to print in ABS or nylon etc leave a comment and I will make a slightly sturdier version. Print the Camera mount with 2 walls in TPU 0% infill to keep it nice and light. Print the stack "hangers" in TPU too. Don't use the screws that come with the stack - they are too long. You will need something like M2x10 screws. Put them in from the bottom of the stack, use the spacers that come with the stack between the ESC and the FC and then put the hangers at the top of the stack (I did not use the VTX that comes with the stack - it sucks). The stack is then screwed to the frame with 4 short M2 screws. I use aluminium screws to keep the weight down. Hopefully this is clear in the picture.
