Skew calibration check for XY and Z (zx,zy) axes (axis)
thingiverse
Two models, one for XY and another for Z, each with its own unique characteristics and printing times. The XY model is compact, measuring just 200x200 mm, and takes approximately 15 minutes to print. In contrast, the Z model boasts a tall cylinder that requires about 40 minutes to print, boasting dimensions of 200x200x152mm. To use these models effectively, follow these simple steps: For the XY model: Print as usual, but be sure not to remove it from the print bed until you've completed the next step. Measure the diagonals of the printed object, making sure they're equal in length and pass through the center. This ensures a perfect print. For the Z model: Similarly, print the model without removing it from the print bed. Next, measure the distance between the marks on top of the cylinder and those on the bottom. These measurements should be identical, confirming a successful print. When it comes to printing parameters, here are the recommended settings: * Material: PLA * Shell: 1 layer * Infill density: 5% * Supports: None required * Bottom layers: 1 * Top layers: 3 * Layer thickness: 0.15-0.25mm (dependent on nozzle size)
