SKI WOOD CORE GRINDER MACHINE This homemade system is designed to easily grind ski wood core following the expected thickness curve.The wood core are grinded by pair to have almost 2 identical skis and the system is using a simple router for wood. The machine is made rectangle wood basement equipped with an adjustable alu frame on each side. The frame is a U shape Aluminum (Width = 20 mm; Height = 15 mm) suspended on M7 screw rode parts. 15 rode parts spaced by 15 cm and equipped with 4 bolds par part. How to use: Step 1: Adjust each rode part height according to your thickness core curve with a sliding caliper. Step 2: Fixed the 2 wood boards on the basement Step 3: Manually move the router guide and manually move the router crosswise along the router guide Enjoy
