This is the "Skimmer" model (Rhino) from GTA Vice City (I extracted from GTA Vice City). It is an arrangement to avoid print issues. I searched inside and I found the skimmer.dff and I exported it. I opened with the 3Ds Max and I fixed all the empty Polygons. Then, I divided the propeller and the body (But you cand find bot together).
