skr v1.3 cr10 fanless adapter

all credit goes to jimfx41. just removed the fan so i can use the skrv1.3 stepper cooler(https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3576392). Have printed this and installed works great a little bit of flex the further you get from the mount points. Had to change the duct so it has a angle in it. I have included that edit along with this adapter. Still some fine tweaking with mount holes and size. Leaving it in progress until i get that sorted out.
