This is a simple bracket to accomplish what this product does for your SKS Fenders. I use them specifically with the SKS Velo 65 fenders on my several year-old Schwinn Ascension 29. The diameter for this clamp is 34.5x36-mm (the front fork is slightly elliptical, see picture). To attach the fenders just slip the clamp over the fork, line up the fender bar, and thread the M4 screw that came with the fender directly into the plastic.

I recommend printing in PETG but PLA has also worked fine in my experience. I like to use 0.7-mm line widths and enough perimeters that there isn't any infill but the part is solid (just set perimeters super high and it works great.)

I've attached the Solidworks 2021 file so you can modify this if you wish, or if you don't have Solidworks but would like to use this part let me know the measurement of your fork and I can upload a version with the proper sizing!
