So, few things for best results with this mask. you will want to print in a good material. I printed in PLA+. Make sure it is a material you have used before and go high with infill. the hinges have to be strong to work, this is why. you will need to support the bottom areas, under the teeth, around the cheek areas and the hooks for hinging. The Jawbone will need the pegs for the hinging supported. You will probably need an elastic screwed onto the bottom. I could have created a shelf, but tried this and found an elastic works better, as it flexes with the chin. There could be other ways for this, but with the way I made this mask, so it would be all connected and not separate, this is the way I did it. make sure your strap is fairly tight. A sloppy loose mask will move around. With an average face, this should not be uncomfortable, and, you can always add padding if you are finding areas are pressed hard against the face. you will probably need to do a lot of adjusting to get the jaw to work right, consider where the rear strap is and if it needs more or less tension.
