Sky Adventurer Counter Weight

This is a simple and cheap counter weight for the Sky-Watcher Adventurer. I added metal washers to the inside of mine but you could fill it with something different. The metal washer, 1/2 inch hole by 2inch wide or 14mm by 50mm wide fits best. I connected the 2 pieces with #4 wood screw 1 1/2 inch long, pre drill the top for best fit. I used a separate M6 X 1 screw 100mm long to length the counterweight as well and replace the toe saver screw. There are 2 caps for different weight amounts, the base has a large washer cut out for the connection bolt.
