Collimation cap to fit a Orion Skyquest XT8i with the 2" Crayford focuser when using a barlowed laser for fine collimation (The Nils Olof Carlin method). You should fit your laser then the barlow. This cap goes inside the OTA on the end of the focuser tube. You should see the primary mirror center circle as a shadow in the cap. When the primary mirror is properly aligned, the center circle should be equally around the cap hole.
