I splitted the original .STL in two different objects, repaired the mesh in the handle and relocated them in the printing bed for an easier printing. For my Hephestos I had to resize a little the blade's z-axis, from about 19cm to 17.5cm. Print Settings Printer: BQ Prusa i3 Hephestos Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0,2mm Infill: 25%-35% Notes: Supports: Only touching the printing bed. Handle rafts margin: 10mm Blade rafts margin: 15mm Infill is really up to you. I played with infill and wall thickness up to 1,2mm Post-Printing Removing supports Even with only a density of 10% in a grid pattern, removing supports in the handle could be a pain.
