Non-planar printing is a very promising direction of FDM printers. My design allows you to move several mandrels at the same time. Thus, savings on the control system are achieved. Of course, the design has not been completed yet, but if someone likes it, then feel free to write to me. I will continue my development.
The motor driving the rotational axis is moved outside the base. Thus, the size has become even smaller. I am considering the need to use a gearbox to increase the gear ratio between the engine and the mandrel.
