I needed some hangers that are able to hold heavy weight, print fast and fit in my slat wall without falling out every time I went to grab a bag off. I purchased 1 inch metal hangers and they slide off and fall into client bags. I tried various hangers here and found one that met most of my expectations but it could not hold heavy weight ( 15-25 lbs or about 12 Kg ). I spent about 24 hours trying different versions and have finally made one I am satisfied with. I have tried it with random heavy objects and it has held so far 48 hours. I have not put weights in a bag and did proper testing. I have printed in PLA & PETG and both are fine but PETG feels stronger. PETG - Printed @ 250°c at 30 mm/s with bed @ 50°c . Use your best settings and fairly slow speed for best results. Must print adhesion support to avoid warping. I printed "Brim" or " Raft" to help hold it down with both PLA & PETG.
