This is a mount for a Sleep Number Bed Remote. You can add Double-Sided foam tape and mount it to the head board or wall. By the way, my sleep number is 35. Instructions you can print at 100% for about 1-2mm gap around the remote for ease. There are 3 recessed circles in the bottom of the holder for felt pads. Double-Sided foam tape can be used to mount on headboard or wall.
